Shipping policy

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location. You will have options to choose from. 
  • Shipping will occur when your order items are completed and ready to be shipped! i.e. Purchasing "EXPRESS SHIPPING" at check out means your package will be EXPRESS shipped to you when it is completed (within the 2 weeks timeframe for pre-orders). Your shipping selection will determine the amount of days of when you will receive it. 
  • We utilize USPS for shipping services. Shipping can take anywhere between 2-7 business days for pre-orders. You will receive a tracking number through your email once your package is ready to be shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to be scanned into the system. Some locations may take longer to scan than others. 
  • Priority Mail shipping and Express will include USPS insurance. However, Ground Advantage shipping (more affordable option) WILL NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE. 
  • Most items are pre-orders, meaning they can take up to 2 weeks to process (estimate only). Please do not expect to receive items immediately. We do try our best to meet the 2 weeks processing timeframe. If the processing time is longer than 10 days, we will update on our home page with an estimated timeframe (i.e. processing time up to 3 weeks, etc.). 
  • Custom orders may take longer, up to 15+ days. You can contact us on here through "Contact" page. Please provide a brief explanation of what you'd like to customize. We recommend reaching out to us on social media (preferably on our Facebook page) for ease of communication.
  • As of now, we only ship within the U.S. If we decide to expand our shipping, it will be updated on here. 
  • We recommend double checking your shipping address before submitting your order(s). We are not responsible for shipped packages that was resulted from an error in the address that you provided. If an address is incorrect and your package is not shipped yet, please reach out to use as soon as possible for a correction. 
  • Please note that once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for any missing, delayed, or damaged packages. Remember to keep track of your package once a tracking number is provided to you. 
  • We do not ship on Holidays.Â
